Freelance: January 2010 - Present
Working for the Council Events Production Team I have crewed, stage and base managed at the Rugby World Cup Fanzone, Cbeebies in Cardiff Bay, Step Into Christmas, the annual start to Cardiffs Christmas celebrations, The RHS Show, The Speedway Fanzone and site managed the opening of the 5th Assembly at the Senedd and the Battle of the Somme Vigil in the Civic Centre.
Working for Jacbee on the Cardiff Half Marathon 2013/14/15/16 and the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships 2016 delivering the business communications plan for the event. Also responsible for stage managing the Cardiff Bay section of the course on event day.
In partnership with Jacbee, working for Run4Wales and Ironman on the Velothon Wales 2016 event, delivering the business communications plan along the 140km route delivering a significant reduction in event complaints. Working alongside the 5 local authorities, the organisers and the Welsh Government and manning the control room on event day.
We have also developed and deliver an 'Event Management Basics' training course.
Co-founder and organiser of Cardiffs first regular outdoor and pop-up cinema delivering 19 events in 2014 and 30 events in 2015. Including private hires and our own outdoor Rooftop and Waterfront Cinema as well as indoor themed cinema nights including the Haunted Basement Halloween scare experience.
Combat Zone Live, Dare Valley Country Park
Assisting and supporting with marketing and general management for the launch of a new attraction at Dare Valley Country Park in Aberdare. Combat Zone Live uses the latest laser gun technology
in the great outdoors.
Ty Hafan, the family hospice for young lives - (04/12 - 03/13)
Working with Ty Hafan as an Interim Head of Events for four days a week to assist with the restructing of the department including management training and mentoring for the new Head of Events then converting to a three day a week Events Consultant. Duties included usual management responsibilities along with succesfully revamping decling events, launching new events and ensuring the smooth running of the events calendar alongside the Events Team.
Quadrant Media & Communications
Part of the team in the initial few months planning for the launch of the Wales Coast Path with concurrent events in Flint Castle, Aberystwyth Promenade and Cardiff Bay. Also planned and managed the Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge Awards 2012 for the Welsh Assembly Government at the Coal Exchange.

Assisting and supporting Fire Service personnel and the general public with events raising funds for the much needed services that the charity offers.
